Subscribing to Groups and Guidelines

Yahoo/Google groups are great source of information for freshers or job seekers.But one should be choosy in subscribing the right group that suits the purpose.Otherwise you will end up in reading junk messages and cleaning them.
Some guidelines:
1]Do not blindly join every group you come across.
2]Give a search for appropriate group with some keywords.
3]A group with more members means it is active.
4]Observe the activities in the last one week/month.
5]Maintain a separate email account just for subscribing to various groups.Maintain another account for applying the jobs.
